The 6-flute HSS countersinks deburr and chamfer drilled holes in stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass, copper, hardwood, MDF, and plastic. The chatter-free design leaves a smooth, round cone without the gouges and chatter marks you get from single-flute countersinks. The round shanks fit drill presses, hand drills, and milling machines.
